Transparent
Maximum grain, natural tone, lightest UV protection, refresh most often.
Deck & Fence Staining
Never-Peel GuaranteeThe Never-Peel deck, guaranteed in writing
Most deck jobs fail for one reason: the coating sat on top of the boards instead of soaking into them. We clean out the grey, open the grain with a brightener, let the wood dry to the right moisture level, then apply a penetrating stain that wears down evenly instead of flaking off in sheets. Railings, spindles, stairs, skirting and fence panels all get the same treatment. It is slower than a same-day spray-and-go, and it is the only reason we can offer a Never-Peel guarantee: if your deck peels, we re-stain it.
Finish options
How much grain you keep is your call. Here is the honest trade-off for each.
Maximum grain, natural tone, lightest UV protection, refresh most often.
Our most popular: real colour with visible grain and solid UV defence.
Evens out mismatched or older boards while keeping a hint of texture.
Full colour and maximum coverage for weathered decks and fences.
What's included
No line items appear later that were not on the page you signed. This is the standard scope.
Protect your investment
Untreated boards cup, split and rot. Staining on schedule costs a fraction of rebuilding, and it keeps the outdoor space you actually paid for.
Penetrating stain keeps water out of the end grain, where rot starts.
Pigment blocks the sun that turns fresh cedar and pine grey in one season.
Sanded, sealed boards stay barefoot-friendly through the whole summer.
A maintained deck reads as a maintained house to every buyer and inspector.
Guarantee spotlight
We prep and stain so the finish soaks in and wears down evenly instead of lifting. That is a guarantee we can make because of how we prep.

Questions
In our climate, a transparent finish wants attention every one to two years, semi-transparent every two to three, and solid every three to five. Because our stains wear rather than peel, a refresh is a clean and recoat, not a full strip.
Yes, once it is ready. New pressure-treated lumber usually needs a few weeks to months to dry down enough to accept stain. We test the moisture rather than guess, and we will tell you honestly if you should wait.
We do, fence panels, posts, gates and pergolas, using the same clean, brighten and penetrate process. Fences are priced by linear footage and number of sides.

Free on-site staining quote within 48 hours, including a moisture check and an honest recommendation on finish type.
