RocketPainter started the way most good local trades do: one painter, one truck, and a stubborn refusal to leave a job looking almost finished. Patrick Connell has been painting homes around Kingston for years, and the company grew because neighbours kept recommending the crew that showed up on time, protected the house properly and came back when they said they would.
We are not a franchise and we are not a call-centre with subcontractors. When you call, you reach the people who will actually be in your home. Patrick walks most quotes personally, the same crew stays on your job from prep to final coat, and the person who hands you the guarantee is the person who stands behind it.
That local footing is the whole business model. We live here, our kids go to school here, and every job is a few minutes from our door, which is exactly why we would rather do it right the first time than argue about it later.
